My Customer for Life Newsletter and Facebook Tool

We have learned that the My Customer for Life articles are not automatically posting to the agents’ Facebook pages via the FB Posting Tool.

The remedy is to sign someone up via the agent’s customer center to receive the MCFL campaign via email and THEN the articles will start to auto post to FB via the posting tool. Note - the 'someone' can be anyone, including you as the agent.

Also, as a best practice, you might want to check off to only have one article to post per day, rather than having all 3 post at once. The others will hang in the queue to post on the next checked day, so there is always fresh content being posted to the page.

You may want to turn off these types of inquiries, which may not be viable leads.
