Managing Your Pipeline

The deals you have currently in place may need more of your attention than usual during these challenging times in order to make them stick. Now is not the time to take a deal for granted. Here are some tips for keeping lines of communication open to hopefully head off any issues before they arise. Click here for more information.

Do a video walk-through of your current listings.

Be prepared in these changing times. A proactive agent will have a video walk-through tour of all of their listings now. As more and more buyers search for homes online, this is what they will come to expect, if they're not already! When things change and stricter guidelines come out you will be ahead of the curve.

Record a video of you walking through the home talking about its unique features. Here's an example from Heather McAfee in our Tilton Office:


Hire a professional photographer to do a 3D walk-through (ie, Matterport) and/or drone photography. These will give buyers the detailed information they are looking for.

Update from Great East Title

  • Agent commission checks for all Great East Title closings are being delivered to Amanda Miller immediately after each closing is completed (regardless of closing location). Amanda Miller is sending copies of all commission checks to the Business Support Specialist for uploading into Skyslope.
  • Throughout the region, GET continues to close transactions utilizing a variety of methods. In NH, we have conducted numerous Remote Online Notary transactions. In both NH & ME we are continuing to complete in person closings, meeting with signing parties individually and following all CDC guidance for cleaning and social distancing. In addition, GET continues to provide customers with the option of electronically signing documents and closing by mail.
