Another whirlwind of a week visiting the offices. As a Realtor®, you can relate to those busy days in which you forget some of the little items on your list of "to-dos". Such as keeping up with your CEU credits. Wouldn't it be nice if those classes came to you and you didn't have to go research where one was being held, register for it, pay for it, etc? Walking into the Durham office on Monday that is exactly what I saw. The office was having a 3-hour credit course in staging. How conveniently cool is that! Realtors® do so much running around that it is about time something comes to you!!
While visiting the remaining offices, it was inspiring to hear that the agents within each office believe they have the best office and the best Business Support Specialist. Coming from someone who has now been to them all, THEY ARE ALL GREAT OFFICES providing phenomenal support! The cultures the offices have developed embraces the true meaning of what it means to be a team. Not only do the agents have the support of their Business Support Specialist, their manager, but they have support from each other as well.
I have also begun to meet agents from other firms. It is always interesting to hear why agents do what they do, what drives them, motivates them, what things or tools have helped them succeed. Thank you to those who met with me this week. I appreciate you taking the time and allowed me to get to know you. As one of them said after our meeting "I really enjoyed our conversation and I hope we can build a great friendship" - I hope so too! After all, the building blocks of this business are the relationships we create and maintain along the way.
My transition to Better Homes and Gardens The Masiello Group has been a seamless one and I look forward to seeing what next week brings! I hope for you it brings more listings!! The inventory levels are crazy low in most if not all the markets I visited. This is the perfect time for your sellers to "test the market". Inform them to get their home on the market before their competitors do!
